  1. Q. Why can’t I log onto the FlexMLS system?

 

A.  You may be at the wrong website (http://www.flexmls.com/)

Go to http://www.mlswis.com/.

 

 

  1. Q. Why can’t I log into the FlexMLS system?

 

A. You may not be logging in correctly with your user name for FlexMLS – To log in use met. in lowercase WITH the period after met and then your Agent code.

 

 

  1. Q. I get the message: 1 field needs to have search criteria entered before selected search fields can be added. Click "Back" to go back and select or enter one or more criteria.

 

A. This happens when you click on the browser back button from the search Results Screen. To go back to edit the search, click on the gray box with the triangle in it and then click on Edit at the bottom.

 

 

  1. Q. Can I only click on one County or Municipality at a time?

 

A. To select more than one County or Municipality at a time, hold the “Ctrl” key down and then select the additional County or Municipality.

 

 

  1. Q. Why is my name wrong in the new system?

 

A. You can e-mail lkcouto@metromls.com with the name changes.

 

 

  1. Q. Why is my telephone number, address, e-mail address or web site address wrong in the new system?

 

A. You can change that by clicking on Preferences from the left side menu and then click on My Profile. Now click on Quick Profile Maintenance in the center of the screen. Change the information and click Next.

 

 

 

  1. Q. Why won’t my report print?

 

A. After selecting the report, you need to click on Display Report and then print it. Click on the printer icon in the browser or click on File and Print.

 

 

  1. Q. Why is my entire CMA not printing?

 

A. After clicking on View CMA, when the CMA window opens, keep your eye on the waving Microsoft flag/spinning Microsoft globe until the motion stops. Take a quick scroll to the end of report to see if all desired data is there, and then click on Print.

 

 

 

  1. Q. How can I update my saved search from the last time I ran it?

 

A. If you want to do an update, you need to update them from the custom hotsheet settings by clicking on My Market on the left side menu and then click on Custom Hotsheet Settings. Select the search to run on the right and then click on Run Saved Hotsheet.

 

 

  1. Q. Why is the Save button gone from the Search Results Screen?

 

A. This happens when you select some listings and then click on Show Only Selected Listings. You should save the search before you click on Show Only Selected Listings. This will save the Search criteria.
