Metro MLS strives for data integrity on listings input into FlexMLS as this information is used for reporting purposes for all of our members, including reporting sales to the media. When entering your listings, please verify the property information from the tax record. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Address, municipality, and county as indicated on the contract and from the Property Information section of the tax records.
- Municipality details, such as city, town, or village.
- Including the correct ZIP +4. This can be found using the USPS Zip Code Finder.
- Correct listing and expiration dates as indicated on the listing contract.
