Problem Uploading Photos to My Listing in FlexMLS

I am having a problem uploading my photos for a listing in FlexMLS. I do not get any errors they just do not upload.

 

Solution:

The photos are most likely over the 300 KB file size limit. You will need to resize the photo in order to get it into FlexMLS. The first thing to do is verify the file size of the photo, to do this follow the steps below.

  1. Find where the photo is located at on your PC or disk.
  2. Right click on the File and go to Properties.
  3. In the File Size section you will find out how big the file is; if it is over 300 KB you will have to resize the photo. (If the file size is 300 KB or smaller contact the helpline you may have other propblems.)
  4. When resizing phots we suggest you start with a pixel size for the width of 800 pixels, it should make the height proportionate. Then save the file and repeat steps 1 - 3 until your file is 300 KB or less.
