Can not find Wind Lake or other Municipalities

I want to search for listings in Wind Lake in FlexMLS, but it is not listed as one of the municipalities, why?
Solution:
Wind Lake is not a taxing municipality so it does not exist as an option for municipalities. In FlexMLS you have to use the taxing municipality when entering and searching for listings and not the mailing. For Wind Lake properties you would use municipality Norway.
