I switched offices/companies, and my listings are not showing up under my new office/company. How do I get them back?
Solution:
If you switch offices/companies, i.e., from X Realty to Z Realty, the listings you had at the previous office/company do not automatically transfer with you.
To have these listings follow you, you must speak with the broker at the previous office to determine if that Broker will allow you to take the listing with you. If they do they can transfer them to you at your new company from their office/broker account.
