E-mail Only Selected Listings

I want to send my contact only the listings that I have selected on my search results screen, how can I do this?

Solution:

 

  1. Select the listings that you want to e-mail by clicking on the number on the left hand side of the listing, this puts them on your Selected Link.
  2. Once the desired listings have been selected, click the E-mail link.
  3. Choose either Interactive or Printer Friendly version as the type of e-mail to send.
  4. Click the Selected option in the listings to e-mail section.
  5. Choose what information that you do not want to include in the e-mail; (By Default in the Interactive version, everything is selected unless if you made changes and saved them).
  6. Fill out the To, Title, and Body fields of the e-mail on the right side of the screen.
  7. Click the Send Page button to email listings to the contact.
