New Flyer and Promotional Reports Available
Flyers - There are several new flyer reports available in FlexMLS. The flyer reports are available under the Detail Tab in the Search Results screen. From the drop-down menu under the Report sub-tab, choose Flyer 1, Flyer 2 or Flyer 3. You must choose the private version of the report because the public version will not show the listing agent contact information or Flyer Headline. The flyers have been specifically created for the listing agent. Use the Print link to print your flyer of choice.
Refer to Knowledge Base Article ID 113 described asa "How do I Print Out Flyers in FlexMLS" for adding a flyer headline and more. You can access the Knowledge Base from the message board in FlexMLS.
Promotional Reports - These reports can be used in the same manner as any other data sheet. The layouts are similar to the flyers. They are accessed in the same way as the flyers and reports.

MLS Take Photo
MLS Take Photo - If you request, the MLS will take primary photos in the Metro Milwaukee area and your office will be charged the then current fee. A primary photograph is required for all residential listings. If a listing is submitted without a photo you will have seven days to submit one. If no photo is received within seven days the MLS will have our photographer take a picture and invoice the office the then current fee.
Currently, the MLS does not have a photographer available to take photos for Jefferson and Walworth Counties.
