User with Outlook receives email with dead links
The links in my e-mails are dead and I can't click on them to get to listings.
Solution:
You may have to reset your users web settings, to do this do the following.
- In Internet Explorer, go to the upper left hand side of the IE tool bar.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Internet Options in the menu that pops up.
- Under Internet Options, click the Programs tab.
- On the Programs tab, click Reset Web Settings.
- In the next dialog box, de-select; Also reset my home page? then click Yes.
- Click OK in the message box that appears, then on the Programs tab, click OK.
