User with Outlook receives email with dead links

The links in my e-mails are dead and I can't click on them to get to listings.

Solution:
You may have to reset your users web settings, to do this do the following.

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to the upper left hand side of the IE tool bar. 
  2. Click on Tools.
  3. Click on Internet Options in the menu that pops up.
  4. Under Internet Options, click the Programs tab. 
  5. On the Programs tab, click Reset Web Settings.
  6. In the next dialog box, de-select; Also reset my home page? then click Yes
  7. Click OK in the message box that appears, then on the Programs tab, click OK.
