If I am a member of the Metro MLS, how can I get access to other MLS listings throughout the state or country? You can search for listings that belong to the South Central MLS (Madison Area), North East MLS (Appleton, Green Bay Area), and the Central MLS (Marathon Area) by using the WIREX feature in FlexMLS. To learn more abour WIREX go to www.wirex.com or go KB Article 120. If you are looking for listings outside of those areas, we suggest you try Realtor.com

How can I withdraw a listing from FlexMLS? If you would like to have a listing withdrawn from the FlexMLS system, print out the Withdrawl form in the Forms & Profile Sheets section above and fax it to 414-778-6143; Attention: Admin or you can mail it to the address on the form or email the form to Admin.

What is the cost for profile sheets and change forms? There is no charge for profile sheets or change forms. However, if the MLS is mailing supplies to you, you are charged for shipping. You can also print profile sheets right from the FlexMLS system. In the FlexMLS menu click on Forms and then choose the profile sheet for the property type. You can also download and print profile sheets and change forms from the Forms and Rules page.

How and where can I get a Request to be Excluded form for a listing? You can get a Request to be Excluded form by printing out the Request to be Excluded form in the Forms & Profile Sheets section above. Make sure when you submit the form to include a copy of the listing contract and mail it to the address on the Request to be Excluded form.
Photo Questions

Does the MLS require a photo for all listings? The MLS requires photos for all residential listings, with the exception of properties that are under construction. If the MLS does not receive a photo within seven (7) days of the listing, a sanction will be charged each month until a photo is received.

If I request the MLS to take a photo of my listing, how long will it take before it appears in the MLS? It takes approximately two weeks from the time you request a photo until it is in FlexMLS and you receive a copy of the photo in the mail.

Can I submit renderings/drawings for new construction or vacant land? Yes you can.

If I e-mail a photo to the MLS, how long before it will appear in the FlexMLS system and the Internet? Photos received by the MLS by 3:00pm are generally processed that same day and will appear in the FLexMLS system and wihomes.com the following morning. It is the member's responsibility to check their listings for accuracy - including photos.
