New! A Portal for Your Contacts!
Effective December 2nd, you will have a new system feature to use with your contacts (customers/clients) called a Portal. The Portal will allow you to easily communicate with your contacts. Your contacts will be able to access their own dashboard containing all of the information you send them. You will be able set up a password and login name for each of your contacts which will allow them to save listing to their own carts and communicate with you. You will be able to set up each of your contacts through Contact Management. Features include:
- Pick and choose which Contacts you want to provide a Portal
- Mark listings as Favorites, Possibilities, and Rejects
- Contacts can view listings you mark as Recommended
- Message capability between you and your Contacts
- Access to Contact searches and sent reports
New! View Parcel Information on Properties whether Listed in the MLS or Not!
Another new feature which will be available effective December 2nd is an update to the mapping, called Parcel Info. This new feature will allow you to view plat maps of properties where you can click on any parcel on the map to see its lot lines with dimensions, tax information (if available) and if the property has been previously entered into the MLS, a mini listing history of the listing. Features include:
- Link to the existing listing reports
- Link to the tax report
- Ability to perform a radius search
