June Fees Waived!
The Metro MLS Board of Directors is pleased to announce the waiver of the June Office Dues and June Agent Fees! The MLS is pleased to continue to be one of the most cost effective and progressive MLS services in the country and is proud of its high level of customer service and reliability that you expect. The MLS continues to offer new and improved services while maintaining low fees for these services. We welcome your comments and questions by mail, telephone, fax or email.
Sanctions
Are you tired of sanctions showing up on your MLS invoice? Are you unsure about what’s wrong with your listings that cause sanctions?
From the main page in flexMLS, under “MLS Links”, click on “MLS Rules & Procedures”. Then click on “Procedures” and go to Page Six – Reporting a Listing. There you will find out exactly what the MLS looks for when reviewing listings. Data accuracy and integrity is critical to everyone. Please call with any questions
