New Detail Report Available: Full Report Addtl Photos
We have had frequent requests for a detail report with more information such as listing agent fax number and business card information of the agent pulling the report. This is now a reality! The Public version of this report will include your business card information along with your picture and company's logo if you have it loaded in your FlexMLS account. It will also include two additional photos of the property. The private version of this report includes the same information, along with complete contact information, including the fax number of the Listing Office, Listing Agent, and Listing Agent's Address.
For this information to appear, all agents/offices need to completely fill out their profile information. To do this click on Preferences from the menu option and then click on My Profile. To access this report from the Search Results screen, choose your property(ies) and click Create Reports > Full Report Addtl Photos or Full Report Addtl Photos w/ Tax. When using the new report, set all margins in the Page Setup of your browser as follows to best fit page:
Internet Explorer: .25 for top, bottom, left, and right.
Firefox: 0 for top, bottom, left, and right.
PHOTOS
REMEMBER - As with the “Directions” and “Public Remarks”, photos CANNOT contain information regarding you (broker or listing agent) or your company (email, web, phone numbers, etc.) including company signs or logos. The MLS will remove any inappropriate content from the photo and the office will be sanctioned.
Also remember that you cannot copy another company’s photos onto your listing. If you copy another person’s photo it will be deleted from your listing. Photos are subject to copy rights.
