Maps Sale
Huge “Going out of the map business” sale!! The MLS is discontinuing the sale of maps. Right now you can purchase the Milwaukee/Waukesha Street guide with plastic map for only $3.00 and the Ozaukee/Washington Street guide with map for only $2.00. These maps retail for $11.95 and $7.95. Pick them up today at the MLS office before they are all gone!!!
My Profile
When listings are entered into flexMLS, fields such as agent name, phone number(s), etc. are pulled from the listing agent’s profile in flexMLS. You CAN and SHOULD keep your user information up-to-date so that when members search the database they will have your correct contact and business information. This would include phone numbers (and type of phone – cell, home, office, fax), email and web addresses, mailing addresses as well as, your photo and your company logo, if you choose.
To update your profile go to Preferences on the menu and then click on My Profile. From there you can make the appropriate changes including adding designations and your ‘Marketing Name’.
The ‘Marketing Name’ was designed for use by teams who want their “team” name to show up on listing reports. The Marketing Name was not designed for self promotion (Jane Doe, #1 seller in the entire state). Inappropriate use of ‘Marketing Names’ will be removed from the system.
