Wrong Report is Displayed When I Click On The MLS Number
When I click on the MLS number from the Search Results screen it brings up a report that is different than usual or is different than the report another user gets when clicking on the same MLS number. What causes this and how do I change the report that comes up?
You will have to change the default listing report setting in your General Preferences to the type of report that you would like to come up when clicking on the MLS number.
- In the FlexMLS menu; click on Preferences, then on General Preferences.
- Select which version of the report you would like to see by selecting the radio button next to either Public for full listing reports from Search Results or Private for full listing reports from Search Results.
- Next choose the report to use as your default from the drop down next to Choose a default listing report.
- Click the Next button on the bottom of the screen to save your settings.
