Submitting New Listings

After a listing has been entered into the computer system you are required to submit, by either uploading the contract to the listing (preferred method), VIA MAIL or drop off, (DO NOT FAX or E-MAIL) to the MLS, the following information within 48 hrs. of midnight of the contract date (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).

  1. A copy of the listing contract, dated and signed by the seller(s) – front third and back page uploaded to the documents section of your listing, or mailed or dropped off at the MLS.
  2. A photograph of the property if applicable (MLS Rules Section1.2) (within the first 7 days).

It is your responsibility to check listings for accuracy.  If the MLS adds the photo, we will only add the main listing photo.
