Inventory Reports

In the FlexMLS menu go to Statistics and then Inventory Reports you will have access to all of the reports that you can run, you can also view a sample of the report and it’s contents before you run it.

Broker Inventory Report

This report tracks agent and office listing activity and sales volume. The report provides both listing details and summary statistics, including transaction sides, cooperative sales, and volumes. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Enter the date range for which you want to run the report.
  2. Choose the offices that you want to include in the report from the list (if applicable). If you want to run the report for all offices, select that option by checking the radio button. You may also choose to filter the report using a Quick Search.
  3. Choose the type of report that you would like by checking the radio button next to the option that you want and click the Next button.
    • Standard Report Totals will generate a basic list breaking down first by office and then member.
    • Show Company Office Totals will generate totals first by the company and then by all offices below.
    • Member Totals Only will not show totals for the office or MLS.
  4. Choose the Member(s) for which you want to run the report (if applicable). If you want to run the report for all available Members, check the radio button next to Include all members
  5. Choose whether or not you want to have the Million-Dollar Club calculation turned on by checking the box next to it.
  6. Click Next to generate the report.

The Million Dollar Club is used for awards purposes. Activating the Million-Dollar Club will affect how the numbers for sales are totaled. With the Million Dollar Club activated, any sales for which a Member is both the listing and selling agent will count as double volume. If the Million Dollar Club is not turned on, those sales will only be counted at their regular volume.

Office Listings to Expire

This report allows you to forecast which of your listings wil expire in a time period specified. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Choose either the forcast option and enter how many days ahead that you want to search; or put in a specific date range to search.
  2. Click Next to generate he report.

New Listings Report

This report lists details for individual listings new during the time period specified and indicates whether the listings were extended or not. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Enter the date range from which to compile the list.
  2. Select whether the date range applies to the Listing Date or the date the listing was approved by the MLS.
  3. Check whether you would like the End Date, deleted listings, and/or Co-Listing Member to be displayed.
  4. Choose the Office for which you wish to compile the list (if applicable). To run the report for all Offices, click the radio button next to that option.
  5. Click Next to continue.
  6. Select the Members for which you wish to compile the list (if applicable). If you want to compile the report for all Members, click the radio button next to that option.
  7. Click Next to generate the report.

Sales Activity by Property Type

This report presents sales summary statistics (totals, volumes, averages) for both a specified period and year to date, so you can see both current activity and compare that activity to another time period. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Enter the dates for the time frame you want to compare.
  2. You may edit dates in the Year to Date Range section if necessary.
  3. Click Next to display the report.

Agent Listings and Sales Summary

This report provides summary statistics (sides, volume and percentage) for listings and sales by agent during the time period specified. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Enter in the date range and select the offices for which you wish to run the report (if applicable).
  2. Click Next to proceed.
  3. Select the members for which you wish to run the report, or include all available members by clicking the radio button next to that selection (if applicable).
  4. Click Next to produce the report.

Production Report

This report lists all sold listings for the specified period. Follow the steps below to run this report.

  1. Enter the date range for which you want to generate the report.
  2. Choose the Office for which you wish to run the report (if applicable). If you want to generate a report for all Offices, click the radio button next to that option.
  3. Choose the property types you wish to include and
  4. Click Next.
  5. Choose the Member(s) for which you wish to run the report. If you want to generate a report for all Members, click the radio button next to that option.
  6. Choose a property type or quick search with which to filter the report.
  7. Click Next to generate the report.
