Internet Browser Print Settings for FlexMLS - METRO MLS Blog

How can I get the background colors to print on flyers, promotional reports, and CMAs? Is there also a way that I can get all my reports to print out on one page?

You will have to change your page setup options in your browser to do following the steps below for your browser.

Internet Explorer users:
1. Click on File and then Page Setup.
2. Put a Check in the Print Background Colors and Images checkbox.
3. Uncheck the Enable Shrink to Fit box.
4. Change all margins to .25.
5. If you do not want the internet header and footer to print out, change all six drops downs in the Header and Footer section to Empty.
6. Click OK. You may have to restart Internet Explorer for your settings to take effect.

Mozilla Firefox users:
Steps for Printing Background Colors, Images and Margins:

Option 1
1. On the browser menu bar, click on File and then Page Setup.
2. On the Format & Options tab.
3. Check the box to Print background (colors and images).
4. Click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
5. Change all margins to 0.
6. Click OK. You may have to restart Mozilla Firefox for your settings to take effect.

Option 2
1. Click on the box with the three lines in it at the upper right side of the screen.
2. Click on the Print icon.
3. Click on the Page Setup button at the upper left.
4. Check the box to Print background (colors and images).
5. Click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
6. Change all margins to 0. If you do not want the internet header and footer to print, change all dropdowns to blank.
7. Click OK. You may have to restart Mozilla Firefox for your settings to take effect.

Google Chrome users:
1. At the upper right side of the screen, click on the box with the three lines in it.
2. Click on the Print icon.
3. Click on the +More Settings link.
4. Check the box Background graphics.
5. Uncheck the Headers and Footers box if you do not want to print the internet header and footer.
6. Change your margins in the Margins drop-down to None or Custom (If you would like your margin option).
7. Click Print. You may have to restart Google Chrome for your settings to take effect.

Microsoft Edge users:
1. At the upper right side of the screen, click on the box with the three dots.
2. Click on the Print.
3. Change your margins in the Margins drop-down to Narrow.
4. Change your Headers and Footers in the Headers and Footers drop down to On.
5. Click Print. You may need to restart Microsoft Edge for your settings to take effect.
