I Get a Loading Screen When Trying to Perform a Search

I am trying to enter a listing, perform a search, save a search, or other function, and encounter loading or a pink error box on my screen that does not go away.

You will need to delete your internet browsing history or clear your private data depending on your browser. Then exit out of FlexMLS and close all instances of your browser, then log back in and try again. You may have had possible full temporary internet cache files, or over-loaded RAM (memory). If you are still experiencing a problem restart your pc; or call the MLS Helpline.
