E-mail Signature

E-mail signatures are automatically included in the e-mails if you have the “include signature” box checked in your general preferences.¬†The information that you enter into your Quick Profile Maintenance section of My Profile is the information used for your e-mail signature.

If you manually typed in your contact information into the body of the subscription event and it needs to be changed; you will have to go into each subscription event and manually update them other wise the old information in your signature will be present.
